Das Institut deckt unter anderem die Bereiche Histologie, Zytologie, Mikrobiologie ab. So werden unter anderem im Bereich der \u201enormalen\u201c Zytologie durchschnittlich 1100-1200 Untersuchungen im Jahr durchgef\u00fchrt, im Gyn\u00e4kologischen Bereich ca. 30tsd\/Jahr und Gefrierschnitte zwischen 1-3 pro Tag.<\/li>\n<li>Es erwartet Sie eine ausgesprochen interessante Dotierung.<\/li>\n<li>Innerhalb des Fach\u00e4rzteteams steht die Implementierung von erg\u00e4nzenden Telearbeitspl\u00e4tzen an, welche teilweise auch von der neuen Leitung in Anspruch genommen werden kann. Ebenso besteht die teilweise M\u00f6glichkeit, im Home-Office mit voller Anbindung t\u00e4tig zu sein.<\/li>\n<li>Ausgewogene Arbeitsanforderungen von Montag bis Freitag, ohne Nachtdienste sind Teil<br \/>\ndes Arbeitsrahmens.<\/li>\n<li>Ihnen und Ihrem Team stehen 15 Tage im Jahr externe Fortbildungen mit einem eigenen Fortbildungsbudget zur Verf\u00fcgung.<\/li>\n<li>Ein gut zusammenarbeitendes und motiviertes Team stellt eine optimale Basis f\u00fcr die<br \/>\nStelle des Primariats dar.<\/li>\n<li>Das Institut befindet sich in Ost\u00f6sterreich mit ausgezeichneter Erreichbarkeit. Optional<br \/>\nist der Dienstgeber auch in der Wohnraumbeschaffung behilflich und unterst\u00fctzend.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Sie bringen mit:<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Sie sind Facharzt f\u00fcr Pathologie.<\/li>\n<li>Sie sehen sich als Pers\u00f6nlichkeit, welche einen interessanten und spannenden n\u00e4chsten Karriereschritt in der F\u00fchrung anstrebt.<\/li>\n<li>Sie bringen bereits eine Managementausbildung mit, bzw. die Bereitschaft, diese berufsbegleitend zu Ihrer F\u00fchrungsposition zu absolvieren<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Das Grundgehalt liegt, z.B. mit 16 anrechenbaren Dienstjahren, bei Brutto \u20ac 170.734\/ Jahr als Grundgehalt, plus allf\u00e4lliger \u00dcberstunden.
